Lately, we discovered that there are many places on Earth where humans never set a foot. We predicted that these places will be gorgeous and preserved by wild animals, and we were right.

These places were found and seen only from the air, and through that, we can say that places that are untouched by mankind remain so utterly captivating.

However, some of these places are mostly inaccessible; it would take us a lot of skill, time, and effort to reach them, which is something we are not that mad about.

The Forest Lake – Russia

We can’t tell you which flight you should take or which destination you should head to because this place’s location is still unknown. According to some people, this lake exists somewhere in the Tyumen Region in Russia, and that’s all we know.

There is a big lake in the middle of a large, wild forest mysteriously existing with creatures that probably have never seen before. The most important question here is: how did it sit deep inside that massive forest? And the truth is nobody knows.

Tepui – Venezuela

This place holds some majestic structures and it is located in Tepui. In the language of the indigenous people of Gran Sabana, Tepui means the home of the Gods, which actually makes so much sense. Those mountains are very mysterious and isolated, they are not even connected by ranges.

However, climbing one of these mountains is a hard task because many of “Tepuis” sit as high as 3,280 feet above the jungle and have vertical flanks. Perhaps the Gods don’t want any human to disturb, and we are ready to obey!

If you are into Disney movies, you will notice that “Maui” has inspired many generations and was considered as a God, too. This mysterious place is drenched in green, and it is said that the Honokahau Falls is the tallest waterfall on the island of Maui.

There are many tourists who are dreaming to visit this place and connect with it, but the only way to be close to it is by a helicopter. It is enough to witness such greatness, magic, and mystery of the natural world through the air. Plus, it is best to be left untouched by the mankind.

The Amazon Rainforest

The Amazon River Basin is the home to the biggest rainforest on Earth. It is too big that it sprawls across 9 countries: Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Venezuela, Bolivia, Suriname, Guyana, Ecuador, and French Guiana.

It is massive that humans are helpless and incapable to explore all of its corners, which is something we should be thankful for because finally, a forest that humans didn’t use for their “achievements” and “civilizations”. Gangkhar Puensum – Bhutan

If you think you are capable to climb the mountain of Gangkhar Puensum, then maybe you are wrong because it is the highest mountain in the entire world that has never been touched by a human before. It is located on the disputed territory between Bhutan and China, and it is 7,570 meters into the sky.

Many people have tried to reach the top of this majestic mountain but unfortunately, all attempts weren’t successful. The name of this mountain meaning is: the White Peak of the Three Spiritual Brothers.

Tsingy De Bemaraha ( the stone forest) – Madagascar

In the Melaky Region, Madagascar, there are rocky projections and canyons that were formed million years ago.

Due to the weather and the monsoon rains, the limestone and the thick layers of chalky sediment were washed away creating the unique and mysterious looking spires, gorges, and natural bridges we know today.

Kerguelen Islands

In the middle of the southern Indian Ocean, there are a few gorgeous islands that are extremely far from any human or anything related to it. There are no planes or tourists that go there.

If anyone wants to visit, they need to take a boat from Réunion, which is an island that is close to Madagascar. It seems like these islands knew what humans may do, so they chose to hide away and became among the Earth’s most isolated places that have never been compromised by humans.

Although this location is an inhabited area, the people who lived here had to leave because of the volcano. However, this place remained isolated and untouched by pollution and skyscrapers. Its beauty is unbelievably unique, as well as its temperature. Dallol is famous for having the highest average temperatures on Earth.

In fact, the average temperature between 1960 and 1966 was 96 degrees Fahrenheit. Moreover, scientists discovered that this unique and beautiful land looks exactly like the surface of the violently volcanic moon of Jupiter. How cool!

Palmyra Atoll

Palmyra Atoll belongs to the United States and if anyone needs to visit it should have permission, and the duration of the stay is strictly limited.

These islands are located in the Pacific Ocean to the south of Hawaii’s islands and they are protected. Palmyra Atoll holds way too many secrets in its heart than we expect because it also witnessed the cruelty of the mankind and still has ruins of WWII.

Seeing and reading about all these majestic places makes us wonder: How Earth would look like if humans never existed?
