According to the new Forbes’ list of the richest people in America, surprisingly (or maybe unsurprisingly), Bill Gates ranks No. 1 for the 23rd year in a row, followed by Jeff Bezos as the second-richest person in the U.S., Warren Buffett in the third place for the first time in 15 years, Mark Zuckerberg into fourth place which is his highest rank ever, Larry Ellison at No. 5 for the first time since 2007, and Michael Bloomberg on the No. 6 spot.

Of course, part of the fortune of these 6 multi-billionaires is vested in real estate. And while some have several properties, others prefer sticking to a few.
